As a Harlands Talent Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients in the North East and beyond to build better businesses. The role
At Harlands we understand that to exceed our client expectations we must provide high quality advice. The role of the internal Talent manager it to recruit, onboard, enable and retain employees. This isn't a high-volume recruitment role, we’re aiming to cap our headcount to retain the right level of quality!
This role is about finding the right people at the right time and making their process of onboarding and training as seamless as possible. We want our people to remain with us long term because they feel valued and fully engaged in not just their work, but their career development.
